Important Technical Specifications

  • Warranty: The product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing or material defects. This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or abnormal wear. A sales receipt is required for warranty claims.
  • Climate Class: The appliance is designed to operate within specific ambient temperature ranges, indicated by its climate class on the rating plate:
    • Extended temperate (SN): 10 °C to 32 °C

  • Freezing Capacity: The maximum amount of food that can be frozen in 24 hours is specified on the rating plate. The freezing process takes 24 hours, during which no other food should be added for freezing.
  • Power Supply: Before plugging in, ensure that the voltage and frequency shown on the rating plate match your domestic power supply. The appliance must be earthed. The plug should be easily accessible after installation for disconnection.
  • Light Source: The product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G. The light source can only be replaced by qualified professionals. Usage Features

  • User Interface: The appliance features a control panel for setting the fridge compartment temperature and a slider for the freezer compartment temperature.
    • Fridge Temperature Setting: A "Set" button allows selection of the running temperature with a short press. Pressing for 3 seconds activates "Super" mode. Indicators show the selected temperature and when "Super" mode is active.
    • Super Mode: Activated by pressing the "Set" button for 3 seconds. In "Super" mode, the fridge temperature remains at its previous setting and cannot be changed. It automatically restores to the original setting after 50 hours or can be manually exited by pressing the "Set" button for over 3 seconds.
    • Freezer Temperature Setting: A slider in the fridge compartment adjusts the freezer temperature. Moving the slider towards the snowflake icon increases the freezer temperature, while moving it away decreases it. The middle position is recommended for normal use. For the lowest freezer temperature, adjust the setting knob to the coldest and position the slider at the lowest setting.
  • Door Reversibility: The doors can be reversed to open from the opposite side. This process requires tools (straight screwdriver, cross screwdriver, spanner) and specific components included in the poly bag (Left Door Hinge Cover, Left Aid-Closer on Upper Door, Left Aid-Closer on Lower Door). Detailed steps are provided for disassembling and reassembling hinges and door gaskets.
  • Levelling: The unit can be levelled using two adjustable feet at the front. Proper levelling ensures correct door and magnetic seal alignment.
  • Storage Compartments:
    • Fridge Shelves: Movable shelves allow flexible positioning.
    • Crisper Cover & Crisper: For fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Bananas, onions, potatoes, and garlic should not be stored in the refrigerator unless packed.
    • Freezer Drawers: For long-term storage of frozen foods. The bottom drawer/shelf is for raw meat, poultry, fish; the middle for frozen vegetables, chips; and the top for ice cream, frozen fruit, and baked goods.
    • Fridge Balconies: Adjustable door balconies accommodate various package sizes.
  • Food Storage Recommendations:
    • Fresh Food: Do not store warm food or evaporating liquids. Cover or wrap food, especially if it has a strong flavour.
    • Freezing Fresh Food: Freeze top-quality, fresh, and thoroughly cleaned foodstuffs in small portions. Wrap food in airtight aluminium foil or polythene. Avoid contact between fresh and already frozen food. Lean foods store better and longer than fatty ones.
    • Storing Frozen Food: Ensure commercially frozen foodstuffs are adequately stored by the retailer and transferred quickly from the store to the freezer. Avoid frequent or prolonged door opening. Defrosted food deteriorates rapidly and cannot be refrozen (unless cooked first). Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended storage period.
    • Accidental Defrosting: If power is off longer than the "rising time" indicated in the technical characteristics, defrosted food must be consumed quickly or cooked immediately and then re-frozen (after cooking).
    • Thawing: Deep-frozen or frozen food can be thawed in the freezer compartment or at room temperature. Small pieces can be cooked directly from frozen, but cooking time will be longer.

Maintenance Features

  • Cleaning: The appliance interior and accessories should be cleaned regularly for hygiene.
    • Safety Precautions: Disconnect the appliance from the mains before cleaning (unplug, switch off circuit breaker/fuse). Never use a steam cleaner. Ensure the appliance is dry before returning to service.
    • Cleaning Agents: Avoid ethereal oils, organic solvents (e.g., lemon juice, orange peel juice, butyric acid), and cleansers containing acetic acid, as these can damage plastic parts. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
    • Procedure: Remove food from the freezer and store it in a cool, covered place. Clean the appliance and accessories with a cloth and lukewarm water, then rinse with fresh water and rub dry.
  • Troubleshooting: A table is provided to help diagnose common problems (e.g., appliance not working, food too warm, appliance cools too much, unusual noises, water on the floor, hot side panels) and offers possible causes and solutions. If malfunctions persist, contact the Service Center with relevant appliance data (refer to the rating plate).
