Function Description

The VALBERG Freestanding Oven is a versatile cooking appliance designed for non-professional use within the home. It combines an induction cooker with a multi-function oven, offering various cooking modes to suit different culinary needs.

Oven Functions:

  • Conventional: Utilizes both top and bottom heating elements for traditional baking and roasting. Temperature range: 50-250°C.
  • Convection: An element around the convection fan provides additional heat, improving air circulation for even cooking. Temperature range: 50-240°C.
  • ECO: Gentle cooking with heat from both top and bottom elements, suitable for selected ingredients.
  • Conventional + Fan: Combines the fan with both heating elements for more even heat penetration, saving 30-40% energy. Ideal for grilling or roasting large pieces of meat at higher temperatures. Temperature range: 50-250°C.
  • Radiant Heat: The inner grill element switches on and off to maintain temperature, suitable for grilling. Temperature range: 180-240°C.
  • Pyrolytic Function: A self-cleaning function for the oven chamber, displaying "PYr" on the LED screen. Default temperature: 450°C, default time: 2 hours.
  • Double Grill + Fan: Inner and outer top heating elements work with the fan, suitable for grilling large amounts of meat. Temperature range: 180-240°C.
  • Double Grill: Inner and outer top heating elements work together, suitable for grilling larger quantities. Temperature range: 180-240°C.
  • Pizza: Specifically designed for baking pizzas. Temperature range: 60-250°C.
  • Bottom Heat: A concealed element at the bottom provides concentrated heat to the base of food without browning, ideal for slow cooking dishes like casseroles, stews, pastries, and pizzas requiring a crispy base. Temperature range: 30-220°C.
  • Defrost: Circulates air at room temperature to quickly thaw frozen food without heat, suitable for prepared dishes and cream-filled products.
  • Cancel (return to standby): Sets the function knob to the "X" position to return to standby.

Induction Cooker Functions: The induction cooker features multiple heating zones with varying sizes and power levels:

  • Cooking Zone B: Size: 160mm, Power: 1500W / 1800W (Boost).
  • Cooking Zone A: Size: 180mm, Power: 1800W / 2200W (Boost).
  • Cooking Zone C: Size: 280mm, Power: 2500W / 3000W (Boost).

  • BOOST: Temporarily increases heating power to level 9 for 5 minutes during cooking.
  • Parameter Adjustment: Allows adjustment of heating gear (0-9).
  • Time Adjustment Key: Used to set the cooking time.
