The washing machine is equipped with a self-diagnostic system that provides the error code
using the wash cycle indicator lights. The most common error codes are listed in the table below.
Fault code Possible fault Action
Er 01
The machine
door is not closed
properly.
Close the door until you hear a click. If
the machine continues to indicate an
error, turn the machine o and unplug
it. Then immediately contact the
nearest authorised technician.
Er 02
The pressure or
water level inside
the machine may
be low.
Make sure the tap is fully open. The
mains water supply may be cut o.
If the problem persists, the machine
will automatically stop after a while.
Unplug the machine, turn o the tap
and contact the nearest authorised
technician.
Er 03
The pump or the
pump's electrical
connection is
faulty or the drain
pump lter is
clogged.
Clean the drain pump lter. If the
problem persists, contact the nearest
authorised technician.(*)
Er 04
There is too much
water in the
machine.
The machine will automatically drain
o the water. Once the water has
drained, turn o the machine and
unplug it. Turn o the tap and contact
the nearest authorised technician.
