TROUBLESHOOTING
Remote control doesn’t work
1. If the batteries are low, the remote control system shuts o
the re completely. However, during a power outage, the
system will continue to work.
2. Switch to Duracell or Energizer alkaline batteries. They work
best with our remote control systems.
3. Replace the remote’s receiver batteries, located in your
battery holder beside the wall switch.
Tip: Keep batteries fresh. Switch out your batteries in the
battery holder next to the wall switch once a year with
4 new AA Duracell or Energizer alkaline batteries.
