RECEIVING AND INSPECTING THE EQUIPMENT
All Valpro Commercial Refrigeration products undergo a rigorous multipoint inspection process prior to
packaging and shipping to assure our products are received in perfect condition and working order .Even
though our equipment is packaged to prevent damage in transit, if goods have been shipped via 3rd party
merchandise must be inspected before accepting shipment. Valpro assumes no responsibility for damage
while in transit. Care should be taken during unloading so the equipment is not damaged while being
moved into the building.

the carrier.Any claim for damages must be made by consignee directly with the c

Delivery receipt should be noted if driver was unable or unwilling to wait to allow inspection. If there
appears to be excessive damage which would be deemed non-repairable, then the shipment should be
refused and delivery receipt noted "refused due to damage"
