WARNINGS
L’apparecchiatura è destinata all’inserimento in
un forno per la cottura di pizze o cibi in genere.
L’ambiente del suddetto deve essere chiuso
(o coperto) protetto da intemperie e
suicientemente ventilato. Queste condizioni
sono relative all’impiego dell’apparecchiatura.
La definizione dei limiti per la presenza di
personale è compito del progettista del/i
posto /i di lavoro e può comportare limitazioni
più restrittive.
Il bruciatore è destinato all’uso professionale
e deve essere aidato a personale istruito,
informato sul contenuto del presente manuale
ed atto a svolgere l’attività.

USI NON CONSENTITI
L’apparecchiatura deve essere utilizzata solo per
gli scopi espressamente riportati nei paragrafi
precedenti. In particolare si fa divieto di usarla
nei seguenti modi:
• Senza una o più protezioni integre
e funzionanti.
• Se non correttamente installata secondo
le indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale.
• Uso delle superfici dell’apparecchiatura
come zone di calpestio o piani di appoggio
per altri corpi.

DATI DI IDENTIFICAZIONE
I dati di identificazione della macchina sono
riportati nell’apposita targhetta di identificazione
posta come indicato nel disegno del capitolo
DATI TECNICI E DIMENSIONI.
The equipment is designed for insertion in an
oven used to cook pizzas or food in general.
The installation zone must be enclosed (or
covered) protected against adverse weather
with adequate ventilation. These conditions are
required for use of the equipment.
The definition of limits for the presence of
personnel is the task of the designer/s of the
work place/s and may require more restrictive
limits.
The burner is designed for professional use and
is intended for use by trained personnel familiar
with the contents of this manual and the tasks
required.

IMPROPER USE
The equipment must be used exclusively for the
purposes specifically outlined in the paragraphs
below. More specifically, the following uses are
strictly prohibited:
• Use without one or more protections
intact and eicient.
• Use when not correctly installed according
to the instructions provided in this manual.
• Use of equipment surfaces
as walkover areas or supports
for other objects.

The identification data of the machine are
stated on the relative identification data plates
placed as shown on the drawing in the chapter
TECHNICAL DATA AND DIMENSIONS.
