Computer Instructions
PULSE /
RECOVERY
Press PULSE/RECOVERY to receive a current heart rate and to
get the heart rate recovery status (F1 – F6) after exercising.
MODE
Press MODE to enter one of the following functions: SCAN,
LEVEL, RPM and WATT.
START /
STOP
To START or STOP the Computer or hold this key to reset.
EXIT
In the pause mode, press exit to go back to the last function.
FUNCTIONS
SPEED
Displays the current speed while exercising.
AVG SPEED
After finishing an exercise routine press the START/STOP key
and the AVERAGE SPEED will be displayed.
DISTANCE
Accumulates current and total distance. The User may also set
a target distance by pressing the UP or DOWN keys.
PULSE
Placing the User’s palms on the handlebar grip sensors the
computer will display the heart rate while exercising. Holding
both hands on the Pulse Sensor Grips for 30 seconds to one
minute, the current heart rate, Beats Per Minute (BPM) will
display on the computer. If using only one hand the BPM will be
unstable. We suggest the User hold on to the grips while getting
the User’s current heart rate. If no pulse is detected for 16
seconds the display will indicate a “P.”
CALORIES
Accumulates current and total calories worked off. The User may
also set a target calorie by pressing the UP and DOWN keys.
Once reaching the setting value the computer will beep and then
the CALORIES will start counting up.
TIME
Accumulates current and total work out time. The User may also
set a target time by pressing the UP and DOWN keys. Once
reaching the set value, the computer will produce a beep and
then the TIME will start counting up.
