Troubleshooting Guide
Q1: The dash camera stops recording after a period of a time.
• Please check if the memory card is full of locked videos. If yes, please erase the
unnecessary videos or format the memory card.
• Make sure you select 1 minute, 3 minutes or 5 minutes when setting Loop
Recording to prevent the dash camera from stopping recording once the space of
the memory card is full.
Q2: The memory card can’t be read, or there is an error.
• Make sure the memory card is installed correctly.
• Install the memory card into a card reader, then connect it to a computer to
format it into FAT32
• When the camera is not recording, tap to enter Setting, then tap Format to
format the memory card.
• Try another Class 10 memory card with a well-known brand, such as SanDisk,
Kingston, Samsung etc…
