What to do if my Vaporetto Steam Cleaner does not dispense steam?

  If your Vaporetto Steam Cleaner isn't dispensing steam, ensure the boiler has enough water by adding more as detailed in Chapter 11. Check that the steam lock on the handle is deactivated. Allow time for the boiler to pressurize until the steam indicator light illuminates. Also, inspect the steam hose to confirm it's not trapped or twisted, which could obstruct steam flow.

Why are my floors too wet after using Vaporetto SMART MOP?

  If the floors are too wet after using the Vaporetto Steam Cleaner, direct the steam jet onto a rag for a few seconds, especially after the initial delivery of steam or after about two minutes of inactivity. Also, the steam level might be too high; try reducing the quantity of steam. If the room temperature is too cold, reduce the quantity of steam and dispense it intermittently.

  If your Vaporetto Steam Cleaner is pressurized but only a small amount of steam is coming out, the steam adjustment dial may be set to the minimum. Adjust the position of the dial to increase the steam output to your desired level.
