What to do if long and/or cross shutter sensor(s) fault occurs in Varex Imaging Medical Equipment?

If you encounter a long and/or cross shutter sensor(s) fault, the first step is to restart the collimator by selecting the appropriate option in the fault condition message. If the error continues, do not use the collimator and contact a service engineer. Alternatively, you can use the collimator with limited functionality by selecting ERROR MODE.
