Maintenance Instructions
During the warranty period, you can enjoy the free warranty service. If exceeded free warranty
period, Varmilo will still provide paid maintenance service.
Customers could ask for warranty service from where you purchased the products, or contact
support@zhihaihe.cn for further assistan.
Varmilo provides one year free warranty service for keyboards and three months for accessories
from the date of order receipt.
The warranty period is based on this card and the date of purchase. Please keep it properly. If you
lose this card, you can still use the purchase voucher (invoice, receipt) and the purchase
information of e-commerce as the warranty basis.
Free warranty service is only applicable to non-human quality problems in normal use. If the
product is damaged due to human factors or force majeure, the free warranty service cannot be
provided. Human factors include external damage (impact, scraping, etc.), liquid (water, beverage,
etc.), unauthorized disassembling, removing the serial number or warranty sticker of the product
itself, etc. Force majeure includes the damage caused by flood, dampness, rodent damage and
other natural disasters.
For products with printed patterns on the cases, please avoid wiping with alcohol and use clean
water or alcohol-free cleaning products.
