6 POINTS TO NOTE WHEN SETTING UP THE COMPRESSOR

6.1 Compressor Setup Guidelines

Examine for transit damage, set up near consumer, avoid long lines, ensure dry intake air.

7 ASSEMBLY AND STARTING

7.1 Fitting the Wheels

Fit the supplied wheels as shown in Fig. 3.

7.2 Fitting the Supporting Foot

Fit the supplied rubber stopper as shown in Fig. 4.

7.3 Voltage Requirements

Connect to 230V~50Hz socket; check mains voltage matches rating plate.

7.4 On;Off Switch Operation

Set switch to position 1 to switch on, position 0 to switch off.

7.5 Adjusting Pressure

Adjust pressure using regulator; check set pressure at quicklock coupling.

7.6 Setting the Pressure Switch

Switch-on pressure is 6 bar, switch-off pressure is 8 bar.

8 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

8.1 Cleaning Procedures

Keep devices clean, wipe with damp cloth/soft soap, disconnect hose before cleaning.

8.2 Condensation Water Drainage

Drain condensation water daily by opening the drain valve (11).

8.3 Safety Valve Check

Actuate safety valve periodically to ensure it works; pull ring with force.

8.4 Storage Instructions

Pull plug, ventilate appliance, store upright in dry location away from unauthorized persons.
