Warranty
Our products are subject to strict quality controls. However, if your infrared
heater does not function correctly, we regret this very much and ask you to
contact your dealer.
VASNER provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase if the installation
and commissioning are completed in accordance with this user manual.
In the event of a fault or damage, which was caused by improper handling or
installation, there shall be no claim for warranty services.
During the warranty period, defective heaters due to material or manufactur-
ing faults will either be repaired or replaced, at our discretion. Replaced heaters
or components then belong to VASNER. Warranty services do not lengthen the
warranty period nor do they trigger a new warranty altogether.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and as soon as a
fault is detected.
