Bulb replacem ent
Before replacing a bulb, turn off the
respective light switch.
Only hold new bulb at base! O il a nd grease
stains on the glass evaporate, ev entually
resulting in a dull reflector. Inadvertently
stained bulbs m ay be cleaned with a clean
non-fluffy cloth, using alcohol or white
spirit.
Replacem ent bulb m ust be in accordance
with data on base of defective bulb. Do not
exceed wattage given on bulb base.
Headlamp aiming
We recommend that head la mp aiming be
carried out by your Vauxhall Approved
Repairer, who will have special equipment.
Headlamp dipped and main beam,
parking and front turn signal
indicator lam ps
The rea r of the head lamp assembly is
accessed through the front compartment.
1. Remove the nut on the rear of the
hea dlamp assemb ly and slide out
ensuring the headlamp splash panel
rem ains in p osition.
2. Remove the hea dlamp multiplug.
3. Twist and remove the bulb housing(s) as
required and remove the defective
bulb(s).
4. Insert a new bulb and replace the
hou s ing (s ).
5. Re-connect the multi-plug.
6. Re-position the headlamp assembly on
to the vehicle and tighten the nut. Ensure
the hea dlamp splash panel is not
displa ced.
