Debris from the carpet can build up in the front nozzle. To prevent this happening,
throughly vacuum the carpet before using the machine
Debris in nozzle?
Remove the dirty water tank and rinse the nozzle with warm water to clear any
debris that may be clogged
No improvement?
Have you checked the seal?
Remove the dirty water tank
Complete a visual check of the seal on the top of the dirty water tank
Are there any splits/tears on the seal?
Yes?
A replacement tank is required, go to 'Spares' tab above
