ASSEMBLY
WARNING: Read the manual before using the bike for the rst time.
See the section “Recommended torques” for correct tightening of bolts and screws.
FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Remove the protective pre-installed wheel hub by removing the two bolts on each side.
Remove any protection part that is placed between the two brake pads.
Insert the front wheel into the front fork. Check that the brake disc is placed correctly into
the brake calliper.
Do not press the brake levers after the wheel is installed.
Tighten the pre-installed bolts on the wheel. See the section “Recommended torques” for
correct tightening of bolts.
Remember to also check the rear wheel, and that all other bolts are secured properly before
using the bike for the rst time.
Do not use the bike if there is something that is not working correctly during assembly.

WARNING: Be sure that the wheel is correctly assembled. A loose wheel can lead to
injuries or death.
SEAT ASSEMBLY
Loosen the seat holder. Insert the seat post into the bike and set it to the desired height.
Lock the seat holder.
