Fault Cause Remedy
Machine does not seal Sealing bar not correctly fitted
Sealing bar does not warm up
Contact brake or short curcuit of
sealing cutting wire
Option K2N/K3N
Lid is opening before sealing
Check if the wider heating wire is
placed towards the chamber
Check seal time setting and change
accordingly. Clean contact bolt of
sealing bar
Check if teflon tape is damaged and
replace it. Check if sealing and
cutting wire damaged, replace and
change it. See chapter 8.
Increase gas flush value
Check pressure reducing valve or
call VC999 customer service
Bad sealing Sealing time not correctly set
Contaminated inside of bag
Wrinkled sealing area
Sealing pad damaged
Check sealing time according bag
material.
Keep sealing area clean.
Place bag on sealing bar without
wrinkles
Replace sealing bad
Vacuum pump not
running
Limit switch of lid loose
Limit switch defect
Adjust limit switch
