DISKE'ITES
At the end of five seconds, the red light will go out, and there will be
another click as the read/write head is raised off the surface of the diskette.
This
feature is important in lengthening the life span of diskettes.
Unloading Diskettes
To unload a 5-1/4-inch diskette:
1. Make
sure that the red light is off. Slowly open the door by swinging
the
p~el upward. This stops the rotation of the diskette.
