There

are

three types

of

RESET:

Power-on,

manual

RESET

and

software

RESET.

The

RESET

circuitry

is

responsible

for

generating

the

following

controls:

1.

Synchronizing

the

miecroprocessors

M1

cycle

during

RESET.

2.

Reseting

the

Ports.

e.g.

The

bits

on

the

PROM

control

port

(02H)

are

set

-'

to

zero.

3.

Providing

an

output

signal

for

the

Microprocessor

Switching

Control

Subsystem.

In

the

standard

SBC

this

output

signal

causes

the

Z30

to

be

active

on

RESET,
