TROUBLESHOOTING
After launching DataLink you can verify that the modem is online by following the steps below.
1. Click on the up arrow in the lower right hand corner of the screen:

2. Locate the red EMR in the task bar popup and double left click on it:
3. If you are communicating you will see this confirmation screen.
