NL GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING Heron Stop
De Heron Stop is een omheining met belletjes om de vijvervissen te
beschermen tegen reigers. De toegang tot de vissen wordt versperd en
nieuwe pogingen om de vijver te benaderen worden voorkomen. Een
naderende reiger landt in de buurt van de vijver en stapt op het water
af. Wanneer de reiger in contact komt met een onzichtbare draad en
onbekend gerinkel hoort, zal hij direct wegvluchten. De vissen blijven
ongedeerd. De Heron Stop set bestaat uit:
8 Staanders voor omheining op 2 hoogtes
Nylondraad om 12,5 m met 2 draden te beschermen
Belletjes reigers schrikken van het rinkelend geluid
1. Met behulp van de kunststof staanders kan de vijveromheining worden
geplaatst. Zet ze ca. 30 cm uit de vijverrand en 1,5 meter uit elkaar met het
bovenste oog naar de vijver gericht. Duw de staanders 15 cm de bodem in.
2. Knoop de nylondraad aan de eerste staander. Steek de draad door
de bovenste ogen van de staanders en bevestig daaraan, tussen de
staanders, de ringen van de belletjes. Eindig met een knoopverbinding.
3. Indien u de vijver ook tegen katten wilt beschermen, voert u de
resterende nylondraad door de onderste gaatjes.

The Heron Stop is a fence with bells to protect the pond fish against
herons. Access to the fish is blocked and new attempts to approach the
pond are prevented. An approaching heron lands near the pond and
steps towards the water. When the heron comes into contact with an
invisible wire and hears an unknown ringing, it will flee immediately.
The fish remain unharmed. The Heron Stop set contains:
8 Uprights for fencing at 2 heights
Nylon thread to protect 12.5 m with 2 wires
Bells herons startled by the ringing sound
1. With the help of the synthetic stakes the pond fence can be placed.
Place the stakes at a distance of ca. 30 cm from the pond side and 1.5
metres from each other with the uppermost eye pointing towards the
pond. Push the stakes 15 cm into the bottom.
2. Tie the nylon thread to the first stake. Pull the thread through the
upper eyes of the stakes and attach to it, between the stakes, the rings
of the small bells. Make a knot again with the thread to the first stake.
3. If you also want to protect the pond against cats, you should pull the
remaining nylon thread through the lower eyes.
