4.3. Stopping and parking
1. Release the throttle.
2. Use the front and rear brake simultaneously and evenly.

WARNING
Inexperienced drivers tend to abuse
only the rear brake. This causes lon-
ger braking distances and can lead
to collisions. Using only one of the bra-
kes may lead to wheel slipping and loss
of control over the vehicle. You should
use both brakes at the same time.
WARNING
Braking during turning may lead
to slipping and then to loss of control
of the vehicle. Before starting a steering
maneuver, slow down while driving
straight ahead; avoid the risky braking
maneuver on the curve.
WARNING
As the scooter speed increases,
the braking distance increases
also. Keep a sufficient and safe
distance from vehicles in front
of you as well as other obstac-
les.
