4.4. Driving on the sidewalk
Be sure to set the drive mode change switch to the smallest position when driving
on a scooter on the pavement. The maximum travel speed on the pavement depends
on the regulations of the country. Before driving, check the regulations in your coun-
try. The drive mode change switch can be set to the highest value for driving on the
road or private terrain.
4.5. Reverse driving
Reverse driving requires increased concentration and caution. Because of this,
Faster’s speed during reverse movement compared to forward travel has been signi-
ficantly reduced. However, it is recommended to keep the speed to a minimum while
driving backwards. If you drive backwards, the scooter will signal a sound maneuver.
4.6. Driving uphill
Always approach downhill slopes from front to avoid tipping over, check that all four
wheels touch the ground all the time (driveways etc.). It is always recommended
to lean slightly forward when climbing high slopes. When driving on a sloping surface,
the battery indicator can move up and down. This is normal. When driving on slopes
and hills pay special attention and apply the brakes if necessary.
