6. Possible problems.
Problem Cause of the problem
After switching on, the scooter does not start. No indica-
tion of the battery charge level.
• No key or power is not turned on.
• The battery plug is not switched on (batteries
are not in contact).
• Fully discharged batteries.
• Damage to the control module.
• Damage to the junction box.
• Damaged cable bundle.
After switching on, the scooter does not start. Insuffi-
cient battery level.
• Damage / loosening of the directional lever
potentiometer.
• Damaged engine.
• Damage to the junction box.
Scooter is switched on but does not drive. • Low battery level.
Scooter is switched on, but drives very slowly. • Low battery level.
The batteries cannot be charged. • The batteries are not properly matched.
• The main switch on the housing is in the off
position.
• The charging socket is damaged.
• Incorrect charger.
• The charger is damaged.
