Component Exclusions
The following components are deemed to be considered wear and tear items
and are NOT covered under this warranty:
o Tyres and inner tubes/valves
o Head lights and tail lights
o Magnetic PAS sensor disc
o Brakes pads and cables
o Drivetrain components including chainrings, gear cassettes, chain,
gear cables and oils and lubricants.
Usage Exclusions
The following acts are not covered under warranty:
o Damage caused by acts of god
o Damage caused by improper use or force majeure
o Damage which results from improper or insufficient care
o Repairs, maintenance, alterations, modifications or the replacement
of parts by persons other than trained mechanics
o Any commercial use
o Accidental damage, neglect, abuse, misuse, repairs resulting from
the use of second hand parts
o Damage caused from competitive use, stunt riding or exceeding the
bikes carrying capacity.
How To Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your VelectriX product is faulty or defective, please:
1. Contact the authorised VelectriX reseller/dealer from where the bike
was purchased and explain the issue.
2. The reseller/dealer with then advise as to how they will assist with
your warranty claim.
