The Venga! VG HA 3000 is a versatile kitchen robot designed for a wide range of cooking tasks. It combines multiple functions in one appliance, making it a comprehensive tool for various culinary preparations.

Function Description:

The kitchen robot offers a multitude of functions, including:

  • Weighing: Utilizes an electronic scale (17) for precise ingredient measurement.
  • Heating, Blending, and Stirring: Employs a dough blade (11) for tasks like preparing risotto, chili con carne, goulash, stew, chowder, curry, and pudding.
  • Mixing: Uses a chopping blade (12) for baby food, mashed potatoes, minced meat, milkshakes, and soups.
  • Slicing: Achieved with a connection axis (10) and slicing disc - side A (9) for slicing cucumbers, onions, potatoes, and dried sausage.
  • Grating: Performed with a connection axis (10) and slicing disc - side B (9) for grating cheese, carrots, celery, cabbage, and zucchini.
  • Crushing Ice: Uses the chopping blade (12) for cocktails and iced coffee.
  • Kneading Dough: Utilizes the dough blade (11) for pizza dough, bread, pretzels, buns, bagels, and cake batter.
  • Emulsifying and Whipping: Achieved with a butterfly whisk (14) for mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, whipped egg whites, whipped cream, and meringue.
  • Steam Cooking: Uses the dough blade (11) and steamer basket or top steamer parts (1, 2, 3) for steaming meatballs, fish, vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, rice, and potatoes.

  • Maximum Cooking Bowl Capacity: 2 liters (do not overfill).
  • Weighing Range: 0 to 5000g. Objects or pressures exceeding this limit on the platform will damage the scale.
  • Temperature Range: Adjustable in 5°C steps up to 120°C. Default starting temperature is 30°C.
  • Speed Settings: Adjustable from -3 to 10 (levels -1, -2, -3 are reverse rotation). Maximum speed is 4 when a cooking temperature is selected or when using slicing/grating discs.
  • Turbo Function (Pulse): Level 10 rotation, active only when no heating temperature is selected and the internal temperature is below 60°C. Maximum duration is 2 minutes.
  • Water for Steam Cooking: Minimum 0.5L for 30 minutes of cooking. Add 0.25L for every additional 15 minutes.

Usage Features:

The device features a control panel with a digital display and various buttons for setting time, temperature, speed, pulse, quick access to preset modes, and weighing.

  • Time Setting: The first section (minutes) is adjustable up to 99, and the second section (seconds) is adjustable up to 59. Rotate the knob to increase/decrease and press the TIME button to confirm. Pressing TIME again restarts the setting cycle.
  • Temperature Setting: Adjustable in 5°C steps up to 120°C. Rotate the knob to increase/decrease. Pressing TEMP again restarts the temperature setting.
  • Speed Setting: Adjustable from -3 to 10. Rotate the knob to increase/decrease. Pressing any other function button confirms.
  • Pulse Function: Activates turbo rotation (level 10) during cooking. It only works when no heating temperature is selected and the internal temperature is below 60°C.
  • Quick Button: Provides access to a menu of preset cooking modes (e.g., steaming, cooking, jam, sauce, sauté, dough, cake, ice, juice, purée, cleaning).
  • Weight Button: Activates the weighing function. The display shows "0000" when ready, then the weight in grams. To tare, press the WEIGHT button for 3 seconds.
  • Start/Stop Button: Initiates or pauses the cooking process.

Cooking Modes (Examples):

  • Steaming: 25 min, 100-105°C, Low speed.
  • Cooking: 42 min 30 sec, 100-120°C, Low speed.
  • Jam: 25 min, 100°C, Speed 3.
  • Sauce: 25 min, 100-105°C, Low speed - 4.
  • Sauté: 12 min 30 sec, 100-120°C, Low speed.
  • Dough: 3 min, /, Speed 2.
  • Cake: 2 min 30 sec, /, Speed 4.
  • Ice: 1 min 15 sec, /, Speed 6.
  • Juice: 2 min 15 sec, /, Speed 4.
  • Purée: 30 min, 100°C, Speed 2-10.
  • Cleaning: 4 min 10 sec, 30°C, Low speed - 4.

Safety Precautions:

  • The appliance can be used by children over 8 years old and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities if supervised and instructed. Children should not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by children unless they are over 8 years old and supervised.
  • Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use or cooling down.
  • Ensure mains voltage matches the appliance's rating.
  • Do not unplug/plug with wet hands.
  • Check for damage regularly; do not use if damaged. Repairs must be done by a qualified technician.
  • Use only for domestic purposes.
  • Never immerse the appliance or power cord in water.

  • Do not use the TURBO button for hot preparations (above 50°C).
  • Do not insert objects into the jug during operation.
  • Do not lift the jug or open the lid during operation.
  • Do not overfill the jug (MAX level).

  • If the blade is blocked, switch off and remove ingredients.
  • The symbol on the surface indicates a hot surface; exercise caution.

Maintenance Features:

  • Before Use: Clean the appliance and accessories with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Install on a clean, stable, dry surface away from heat sources.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Always switch off, unplug, and allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning or changing accessories.
    • Clean the cooking bowl and accessories with a damp cloth, water below 60°C, and mild detergent.
    • Never use sharp or abrasive objects for cleaning.
    • Accessories can be washed in a dishwasher below 60°C, but not the cooking bowl or the main appliance.
    • Never immerse the cooking bowl or the main appliance in water.

Environmental Protection:

  • Waste electrical and electronic equipment should be disposed of according to specific rules, not with household waste.
  • The symbol on the technical data plate indicates that the appliance should not be disposed of in a municipal container. Return to the store or a collection point for recycling.

ERP Declaration:

  • The product complies with Regulation 1275/2008/CE. It has no "standby mode" and switches off completely after use, consuming no electricity.
