Why no cool air from Vent-Axia 3 in 1 in COOL mode?

If your Vent-Axia Air Conditioner is set to COOL mode but not producing cool air, it could be due to these reasons: * The room temperature might be lower than the set temperature, which is normal. * The evaporator might be frozen. The unit is running a defrosting operation and will resume normal operation after defrosting.
