Function Description

The Ventair 3-in-1 unit integrates three primary functions:

  • Heating: Provided by four radiant heat lamps, offering direct radiant heating.
  • Ventilation (Fan): Circulates air and aids in moisture dispersal, helping to reduce humidity in the room.
  • Lighting: Features a central LED downlight for general illumination.

The unit is designed to be installed in flat ceilings and requires a minimum height clearance of 2.1 meters in the room and at least 250mm height clearance in the ceiling cavity for proper ventilation. It must also be installed at least 400mm away from walls.

  • Heating: Four 275W heat lamps, totaling 1100W for heating.

Installation Guidelines

  4. Ducting Connection: Connect ducting (if required) to the outer grill of the unit.
  5. Unit Insertion: Insert the unit into the square hole, ensuring side springs are pulled inward to prevent damage to plaster. Secure the unit with clips and, if needed, additional screws through the flange holes.
  6. Fascia Reattachment: Connect the LED downlight plugs. Hold the fascia against the body of the heater and the ceiling, then attach the securing spring clips.
  7. Lamp Installation: Screw in the four heat lamps firmly into their holders through the fascia holes, ensuring good electrical contact without over-tightening.
