PROGRAM/SCHEDULE
SCHEDULE LITURGICAL FUNCTIONS (BELL EVENTS)
1. From the Main Menu, press Program.
2. Press Programming.
3. Press Events.
4. Press Liturgical Functions.
5. Determine how often you want the bell event to play and press Daily,
Weekly, or Once.
6. For liturgical functions scheduled Weekly, select the days you want the
event to play and press Enter.
7. For liturgical functions scheduled Once, enter the date you want the
event to play and press Enter.
8. For all scheduled liturgical functions
• Select the time you want the event to play and press Enter.
• Select the liturgical function you want to play and press Enter.
The liturgical function is scheduled.
SCHEDULE MUSIC
1. From the Main Menu, press Program.
2. Press Programming.
3. Press Events.
4. Press Music.
5. Determine how often you want the music to play and press Daily, Weekly,
or Once.
6. Determine if you want to play a Specifi c Song, List of Songs from a
Season, or a Song Number, and press the appropriate button.
7. For songs scheduled Weekly, select the days you want the song to play
and press Enter.
8. For songs scheduled Once, select the date you want the song to play and
press Enter.
9. For all scheduled songs
• Select the time you want the song to play and press Enter.
• Select the season and the song you want to play, or input the song
number and press Enter.
The music is scheduled.
SCHEDULE TIME STRIKES AND CHIMES
1. From the Main Menu, press Program.
2. Press Programming.
3. Press Time Strike.
4. Determine how often you want the Time Strikes to play and press Daily,
Weekly, or Once.
5. For time strikes scheduled Weekly and Once, select the days you want the
time strikes to play and press Enter.
6. For all scheduled time strikes, select the chime you want to play and
press Enter.
7. Select the quarter hour you want the chime to play on.
8. Select when you want the hour to strike.
9. Select the Start Date and press Enter.
10. Select the Start Hour and press Enter.
11. Select the End Date and press Enter.
12. Select the End Hour and press Enter.
The Time Strike is scheduled.
RECORD
RECORD SONGS
1. From the Main Menu, press Recording.
2. Press Keypad 1–9 or External Keyboard.
3. Compose a song using the numeric buttons or the external keyboard and
press ESC.
4. Press Save.
5. Assign an available Bell Song Number using the numeric buttons and
press Enter.
6. Press Enter three times to highlight the Name fi eld and activate the cursor.
7. Press the arrow buttons to enter letters for the song title.
8. Press Enter to highlight the Season fi eld.
9. Press the right and left arrow buttons until the desired season displays.
10. Press Enter to save the song in the selected season.
