TURN ON/OFF
TURN CARILLON ON
1. To turn on the carillon, move the ON/OFF switch on the back of the carillon
to ON.
2. At the Clock Display, press Enter to access the Main Menu.
TURN CARILLON OFF
1. To turn off the carillon, move the ON/OFF switch on the back of the carillon
to ON.
2. Shutdown sequence begins and takes approximately 2 minutes.
3. When fl ashing Shutdown display is OFF, shutdown is complete.
TURN OUTSIDE SPEAKER ON/OFF
1. From the Main Menu, press Manual Control.
2. Press the Outside Speaker ON/OFF button.
PLAY
PLAY A SONG BY NUMBER
1. From the Main Menu, press Quick Play.
2. Type the number of the song you wish to play and press Enter.
PLAY A SONG BY TITLE
1. From the Main Menu, press Manual Control.
2. Press Music.
3. Press Specifi c Song.
4. Press the + and - buttons to select the desired Season and Song.
5. Press Enter to play the selected song.
6. To stop the song instantly, press Stop.
PLAY A LIST OF SONGS
1. From the Main Menu, press Manual Control.
2. Press Music.
3. Press List of Songs.
4. Press the + and - buttons to select the desired Season and the number
of songs from the Season.
5. Press Enter to play the list of songs.
6. To stop the song instantly, press Stop.
KEYBOARD PLAY
1. From the Main Menu, press Manual Control.
2. Press Keyboard Play.
3. Select Keypad 1–9 or External Keyboard.
4. Play music using numeric buttons or external keyboard.
5. Press ESC, to return to the Manual Control Menu.
PLAY TOLLS
1. From the Main Menu, press Manual Control.
2. Press Tolls.
3. Press the type of Toll you want to play.
4. For Instant Tolls, press the numeric buttons to play the desired tolls.
5. For Funeral Tolls, press any one of the numeric buttons to begin the tolls. Press
Stop to stop the tolls instantly or Stop in 5 Minutes.
6. For Birthday Tolls, press the numeric buttons to enter the number of tolls and
press Enter. To stop the tolls instantly, press Stop.
PLAY BELL PEALS
1. From the Main Menu, press Manual Control.
2. Press Bell Peals.
3. Press the type of Bell Peal you want to play.
4. For Single Bells, turn the desired bells on.
5. To stop the bell peals, press:
Stop in 1 Minute to stop a peal after a minute
Stop to interrupt bell peal with a quick fade out
Instant Stop to stop the peal instantly
VIEW/REVIEW
VIEW TODAYS EVENTS
1. From the Main Menu, press Today’s Events.
2. View song listing on the Melodies Screen.
3. Press ESC to return to the Main Menu.
REVIEW PROGRAMMING
1. From the Main Menu, press Program.
2. Press Review Programming.
3. Determine what type of programming you want to review and press Events,
Time Strike, Inhibit an Event, or Inhibit Period. For Events, select Liturgical
Functions or Music. Programs for the selected type are displayed.
4. To edit or delete an event, press the button beside the event.
5. Press Edit to make changes to the event, or press Delete to delete the event.
OTHER
SET TIME
1. From the Main Menu, press Time.
2. Select the item you want to change.
3. Use the + or - buttons to modify the settings for that category.
4. Press Enter to save settings.
Note: When enabling or disabling the Daylight Saving Time, press ESC.
Enter is not an option.
INHIBIT AN EVENT
1. From the Main Menu, press Program.
2. Press Programming.
3. Press Inhibit an Event.
4. Depending on how often you want to inhibit an event, press Daily, Weekly,
or Once.
5. For events scheduled Weekly, select the days you want the event inhibited
and press Enter.
6. For events scheduled Once, enter the date you want the event inhibited
and press Enter.
7. For all scheduled events, select the time you want the event inhibited and
press Enter.
The event is inhibited.
BACKUP/RESTORE
1. From the Main Menu, press Program.
2. Press Programming.
3. Press Backup/Restore.
4. Press Backup Songs, Backup Programming, Restore Songs, or
Restore Programming.
5. Press Ye s.
