Step 6: Connect the plug to the power supply and turn on the machine.
Step 7: The knife edge should be as small as possible when the chicken is slaughtered.
After slaughter, the chicken should be soaked in warm water (about 30 ℃) to make
feathers wet. It is better to put some salt in warm water to avoid skin damage due to
depilation.
Step 8: Heat the soaked chicken in hot water of about 70 ℃ and stir with a wooden stick to
make it heated evenly.
Step 9: Put 1 to 4 hot chickens in the machine at a time.
Step 10: Press the "1" switch key to start the machine. Water is added to the poultry while it
is running. The feathers and dirt that fall off flow out with the water. The water can be
recycled.
