Usage Features

The VT027 offers flexible control options and customizable workout experiences:

Control: The machine can be controlled via a control panel on the device or an infrared (IR) remote control. The remote control requires direct line of sight to the receiver window.
Session Time: Default session time is 10 minutes. In manual mode (P0), users can adjust the session time from 1 to 20 minutes. Program modes (P1, P2, P3) have a preset 10-minute session time that cannot be changed.
Speed Adjustment: In manual mode, the vibration speed can be adjusted from level 1 to 20, corresponding to a frequency range of 5Hz to 14Hz. Speed adjustment is disabled in program modes.
Program Modes: Three built-in programs (P1: Low intensity spectrum, P2: High intensity spectrum, P3: Mixed intensity spectrum) offer different patterns of speed changes, each running for 10 minutes.
Handles: Two handles are included and can be attached to the machine in four different positions, designed for various upper body exercises (chest, shoulder, back, tricep workouts). These handles are conveniently stored in compartments at the back of the machine.

Remote Control Battery: The remote control uses a CR2032 3V lithium cell battery, which can last for several years. Instructions for battery replacement are provided. A thin plastic sheet insulates the battery in new remotes and must be removed before first use.
