Q The vehicle engine is on while Vico-DS2 doesn’t start
recording.
A Firstly check whether the MENU setting => automatic
recording is off.
Please make sure you use VICOVATION® cigar charger.
If you use VICOVATION® cigar charger：
Please check whether LED on the left of monitor is lighting.
If it’s red, please try to press power. Maybe it’s just LCD off. If
the screen doesn’t display, the LCD monitor might be broken.
If LED light doesn’t work, please check whether the cigar
charger is working with LED on. It might be due to broken
cigar charger, broken power socket, or bad contact.
If the cigar charger is working with LED on, it might be due to
bad contact of USB cable with Vico-DS2 or hardware
damage.
If you don’t use VICOVATION® cigar charger：
Vico-DS2 might be damaged by unstable power, or the
operation will be odd.
Q The video image is blurry.
