Q The image is shaking seriously while the vehicle is moving.
A Please check whether the bracket is fixed tightly.
Q The video plays back choppy.
A Please copy the files to PC and do not play back videos
directly off the SD card.
Dual core CPU, 512M RAM, VLC player or Windows Media
player are recommended.
Q If the power suddenly off, will the video file be corrupted?
A Vico-DS2 applies super capacitors. The sudden power-off
will not effect the file packing.
Q How long can Vico-DS2 keep recording after power source is
removed?
A The super capacitors can only sustain Vico-DS2 to close file,
save it, and power off correctly. The video recording will stop
right after the power source is removed.
Q In playback mode, some file shows a blue exclamation mark.
A It means the file is corrupted. Please do not remove the SD
card during recording. This will cause the file not to be
packed and to be corrupted.
