If your Viessmann Water Dispenser is periodically dispensing hard water, there might be several reasons: 1. The hour might be set incorrectly. In this case, reset the hour to the correct one. 2. The programmed raw water hardness might be too low. Determine the actual water hardness and program the correct value into the system. 3. Soft water might be fed during the regeneration process.
