To select a resolution and refresh rate, do the following:

To scroll up or down the menu, press the up or down arrow on the
remote control.

With an option highlighted, press the ENTER button. Select a
RESOLUTION.

Then, select a REFRESH RATE and press ENTER. To return to the MAIN
MENU and save your adjustments, press MENU.
