2.1 Adjustment of the scalacombi
To ensure correct and comfortable handling of the scalacombi, you must adjust the
handlebar to approximately the shoulder or chest height of the operator. Normally, this
adjustment is made by the specialist dealer or agent of Ulrich Alber GmbH upon delivery
of the scalacombi.
If the height must be adjusted subsequently, please proceed as follows:
Loosen and remove the adjustment knob [16] while holding the handlebar [18] to

prevent it from dropping suddenly.
Slide the handlebar [18] up or down to the desired position (corresponding to the
•
shoulder height of the operator).
Screw the adjustment knob [16] into the next fitting bore in the handlebar.

Tighten the adjustment knob [16] properly. •
