Q1: What should I do if I receive a defective item or if there are missing parts?
A1:Please feel free to contact VINGLI customer service via the link where
you purchased this item with your order ID, pictures & sticker number of
the defective/missing parts to us. We are eager to help you to make it
right.
Q2:. ls it easy to install the screws into the panels?
A2: Yes, it is. By following the instructions and using the correct screws in
the designated holes, it should be straightforward to screw them into the
pre-drilled holes.
Q3: What should I do if I have trouble with the drawer not closing flush?
A3: If you experience difficulty with the drawer not closing properly, it is
often related to the assembly of the drawer slides. Here are a couple of
solutions:
1) Check if the slide rail is damaged, such as the ball of the slide rail falling
out. If this is the case, please contact us for replacement drawer slides.
2) Refer to the assembly manual to ensure that the holes for the drawer slides
are properly aligned. If the assembly is correct but the drawer slides get stuck
during the insertion process, try removing the entire drawer by using the
release button on the slides (Left Side Up and Right Side Down), and then
reinsert it again.
