  If your Vinotemp Wine Cooler isn't cooling even when powered on, ensure there are at least 3 to 5 bottles inside and allow 24 hours for the internal temperature to adjust. Also, make sure the cooling vents aren't blocked. The unit might not cool below 51°F (11°C) if the room temperature exceeds 90°F (32°C). To ensure accurate temperature control, avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight, poorly ventilated areas like garages or closets, near heat-producing appliances, or on an outlet shared with a refrigerator.

Keep in mind that if the room is too hot that can affect the inside temperature. Also, when using the unit for the first time, allow up to 24 hours for it to reach the desired temperature.
