  If your Vitalmaxx Massager isn't working, start by ensuring all cables are correctly connected and that the mains adapter is properly inserted into a working plug socket. Check if the fuse of your mains connection has been activated. Also, make sure you've pressed the AN / AUS (on / off) button and then activated a massage zone. If all massage zones are deactivated, press the button for a massage zone to activate it, and the associated LEDs should light up.

  If your Vitalmaxx Massager isn't producing heat, first ensure the device is switched on by pressing the AN / AUS (on / off) button until the operating lamp lights up. Then, press the WÄRME (heat) button to activate the heat function; the heat operating lamp should then light up.
