User information
Castors. As a standard all IDChair office swivel chairs
are fitted with hard castors for soft floors (single colour
castors). For hard floors, soft castors must be used (two-
colour castors). If the floors are changed, the castors
should be exchanged too.
Care instructions. Vacuuming is sufficient to remove
dust and fluff from the fabric and mesh covers.
To treat stains on the fabric covers or plastic surfaces,
please use a soft damp cloth and a mild, neutral detergent.
For polished aluminium, you can use a glass cleaner.
Then rub dry.
For leather covers, please refer to the enclosed leather
brochure.
For additional care instructions, please contact your
retailer, and for stubborn stains consult a specialist.
We recommend that you use environmentally-friendly
cleaning products only.
Replacing parts subject to wear and tear. Parts that
are subject to wear and tear include castors, pneumatic
gas springs, covers and padding. These parts can all be
replaced. We ensure that operational and compatible
replacement parts will be available for at least five years.
Please note! Work on or replacement of gas
pressure devices should only be performed by
trained specialists.
Your IDChair should be used in accordance with a
general duty of care and only as an office swivel chair
as specified. If it is used in any other way, there is an
increased risk of accidents (e.g. by using it for standing
on or by sitting on the armrests).
