  There are several reasons why your Viva Water Dispenser might not be dispensing hot water: 1. The dispenser may not be plugged in or there is no power. Ensure the dispenser is properly plugged into a working power outlet. 2. The heating switch might be turned off. Check the heating switch and turn it on. 3. If the dispenser was plugged in without water, the protection thermostat may have cut off due to dry burning. Wait approximately one hour for the thermostat to reset itself.
