      If your Vizio HDTV has no sound, first, press the Volume + button on the remote. Also, ensure that the MUTE is not enabled by pressing the MUTE button. Check your audio settings to confirm the audio is not set to SAP, or the speakers are not set to off. Make sure that headphones are not connected. Check the audio connections of external devices that may be connected to your HDTV. If you are using an antenna, the signal strength of the channel may be low. Make sure your antenna is securely connected to the TV and move the antenna around the room or close to a window.
