Removing
– Remove wheel.
– Remove lower noise insulation ⇒ Rep. Gr. 50 ; Assembly
overview - noise insulation .
– Remove nuts -arrows-.
– Pull swivel joint out of suspension link.
– Fixing position of mounting bracket ⇒ page 17 .
– Replace bolt for left side -1- and for right side -8- with locating
pins -T10096- and tighten locating pins to 20 Nm.
Note
The locating pins -T10096- may be tightened only to a maximum
of 20 Nm; otherwise the threads of the locating pins may be dam‐
aged.
– Now remove bolt -10- for left side and bolt -17- for right side.
