Setting
up the folding
table
The
sleeping surface/seat bench must first
be
placed in the driving position before set-
ting up the folding table. The moveable ro-
tating seat must be right at the
front
of the
seat
runners and be engaged in the oppo-
site direction to the direction of travel. The
folding table will otherwise hit the seat
cushion
and cannot be folded up.
•
Pull
the folding table out of the retainer in
the direction of the arrow. Then swing the
table up until the support strut engages se-
curely.
When
using the folding table, it must, for
reasons
of safety, be engaged in the original
or
convenience position.
Warning
The folding
table
should not be
erected
when
the vehicle is in
motion
as it could cause
injuries
in case of an accident or sudden
braking!
For
this
reason, the
table
must
be
folded
down
and
properly
se-
cured
when
the vehicle is on the
road.

In order to increase the comfort of the
pass-
engers
on the seat
bench,
you can push the
folding tale to the rear once it has been set
up.
Please
note that the folding table can only
properly engage in the original or conveni-
ence
position.

Moving folding
table
There
is a disengaging lever underneath the
table (see illustration).
In order to avoid
damage
to the side
trim
or the folding
table,
the folding
table
may only be moved
when
it is
the
fully
upright
position.
Moving to the convenience
position
Pull
the disengaging lever to the rear in the
direction of the arrow and hold the lever in
this position.
Push
the table fully to the rear
and
release the lever. The table must en-
gage
properly in the convenience position.

Moving to the
original
position
In order to return the table to the original
position,
pull the disengaging lever to the
rear
and hold the lever in this position.
Push
the table right to the
front
and release the
lever.
The table must engage properly in the
original position.
Folding
down
the
table
In order to avoid
damage
to the side
trim
or to the folding
table,
the
table
may only be folded back
down
in the
original
position.
The
seat
bench/sleeping
surface must be in
the driving position before folding down the
table.
The moveable rotating seat must be
right at the
front
of the seat runners and en-
gaged
in the opposite direction to the direc-
tion of travel. The folding table will other-
wise
hit the seat cushion and cannot be
folded down.
• Move the table back to the original
posi-
tion until it engages properly.
• Lift the table slightly until the knob
farrow) on side of table support strut can be
pushed
in.
• Swing the table clown.
Press
on the table
lightly until it engages in the retainer.
