Instructions:
Remove batteries and charger from packaging.
Plug the charger into a properly rated AC electrical outlet.
Connect the batteries to the input plugs from the charger.
Batteries will be fully charged when the LED indicator on the CHARGER
turns green. Fully discharged batteries can take up to 8 hours to charge
fully.
Disconnect the charged batteries and connect to the 3v product.
Press the “power” button on the battery holding for 2 seconds to activate.
Press “power” button to select desired power level setting and to turn o.
After 5 seconds the battery power level selected will be locked to prevent
accidental changing of power level setting. Hold the “power” button for 2
seconds to be able to change the power level setting.
