Operating instructions
Turn on MagicBox
Use the Power switch to turn on the MagicBox. This starts the internal processor and LCD
display. In addition, the time of switching on is recorded.
Alternating Current 230V (AC)
After pressing the AC switch, the display shows "230V ON". After three seconds, a signal tone
sounds. The output voltage is now 230V and the power is 500W, 1000W or 1500W, depending
on the model.
After a device has been connected, the current consumption is shown on the display.
Press the AC switch again to deactivate the power supply to the 230V sockets.
The display now shows "230V OFF".
Direct Current (DC)
Press the DC switch to activate the DC connections. A beep sounds and the display shows "DC
ON".
The connections with DC output (USB ports, DC 12V outputs, DC 12V on-board power socket
connection) are now activated.
Pressing the DC switch again deactivates the power supply to the DC connections and the
display shows "DC OFF".
