13.1. WARRANTY PERIOD
- According to the following described terms
(1999/44 CE) the warranty period is 2 years from
the purchase date, and it will cover faulty pieces
owing to an incorrect manufacture.
13.12. EXCLUSIONS
Voltor warranty does not cover:
- Pieces worn out due to wear and tear.
- Bad use, negligence, lack of maintenance.
- Failures that turn out because of an incorrect use
of the product, Voltor will not be responsible if
the replaced parts of the machine are not from
Voltor and if the machine has been modified in
any way.
13.3. TERRITORY
- Voltor warranty covers the country.
13.4. IN CASE OF INCIDENCE
- The warranty should be correctly filled in with all
the information requested, and the invoice or the
purchase ticket should be attached.
