90. Remove the gasket (1) and disassemble the
needle valve (2). Check that the needle valve
does not bind or is worn (does not seal). Replace
if necessary.
91. Lift out the float tube and check that it is tight. If
the float is not tight the float level will be wrong.
Unscrew the emulsifying jet (1) and the accelera-
tion jet (2). NOTE! The gasket. Check and clean
with compressed air. Replace worn or damaged
parts if necessary.
92. Disassemble the idling jet (1) and holder (2) for
the main jet. Unscrew the jet from the holder.
Blow the jets clean and replace if necessary.
Unscrew the mixing screw (3) and blow clean the
duct. Screw (4) locks tight the air cone (5).
93. Rotate the throttle shaft (1) and press out the push
rod (2) from the lever (3). Then rotate the push rod
downwards and disassemble the check valve (4).
Blow the check valve clean and the strainer.
Clean and blow the carburetor and its ducts. Then
re-fit the check valve and strainer. NOTE! Do not
forget the copper washer. Rotate the throttle shaft
somewhat and press the push rod into the lever.
