• Damage because of normal wear and tear.
• The loss of vehicle use, loss of time,
inconvenience, or other incidental charges
such as telephone calls, towing, lodging,
car rental, or food, and/or other conse-
quential damages, except where required
by law.
• Failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neg-
ligence, overloading, modifications, acci-
dents or racing.
Purchaser’s Obligations
When requesting warranty repairs on re-
placement parts or accessories, the purchas-
er must present evidence of purchase (sales
ticket or repair order showing payment to any
authorized Volvo retailer in the United States
or Canada), during normal business hours.
